Sometimes during our day, we become overwhelmed with the pressures and strains put upon our bodies.  To take 30-60 minutes out of our workday to just breathe and become present, can make a tremendous difference in how we react to others and the circumstances brought before us.  So often throughout our day we forget the breath, allowing it to become distant and shallow.  When our breath is not fluid and rhythmic, we tend to be on guard rather than relaxed and focused.  If there is a quiet space (possibly a break room or conference room) in your establishment, Yoga may be something you would like to offer your staff.  I can hold classes lasting 30, 45, and 60 minutes depending on the services needed.   Please contact me @ mrswhited@yahoo.com  for the best available days and times.
