What can Yoga do for me?  Testimonials from actual students of mine.

Malissa,
I welcome the opportunity to tell everyone what Yoga/Pilates has done for me.  I have been practicing for over a year now and can't tell you how much I love Yoga & Pilates. I look forward to every class and learn something new each week.
It has made me feel better about myself. It has helped me learn how to breathe (which I use often, when stressed). I love the challenges and that I am not expected to keep up with the rest of the class, like other exercise programs. I feel the instructor is the most outstanding person I have ever met. Actually, she is a friend who cares about everyone and has a great outlook on life. She has taught not only me, but I think everyone else she comes in contact with great values of life.                                                 -Janice Thomas

Malissa,
I am truly thankful for the opportunity I have had to take your classes here at work.  Meeting just once or twice a week has enabled me to take the things I’ve learned on the mat into my daily life, and I’m more in tune with myself as a result.  I can feel when tension is creeping into my shoulders because I now know how to pay attention to those signals, and I can head that tension off by being tuned in and relaxing.  I am aware of my energy and my breath in ways that I never imagined possible.  I’m forever grateful for the experience, and most definitely intend to keep practicing.  You are a blessing to those you meet, and I sincerely hope to have a chance to take class again with you in the future.

You class has allowed me to gain strength, flexibility and better posture.  I have also learned increased patience with my family.  Since taking your class, I no longer have restless leg syndrome!  Thank you.  Joan Shatley
