Class Descriptions:

Gentle Yoga ~ Therapeutic
Gentle Yoga is a perfect practice for someone who is looking for a quiet moment to connect with their mind, body and breath. Emphasis will be placed on alignment, proper breathing and various meditation techniques.  Because of the multiple levels that are shown, it is perfect for someone who is new to the studio, those who are pregnant, or those suffering from mild physical ailments.  Please inform your instructor of anything that may hinder your practice.

Yin ~ Therapeutic
Yin is a yummy, grounding practice to create deeper flexibility in the body.  Postures are held anywhere from 3-5 minutes allowing the body to unravel tension and stress.  Because props may be used to support the body, all levels are welcome in this class. 

Blend~ Therapeutic 
Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and mindful breathing make up the Blend class.  It's perfect to slow down, unwind, and relax. 

Yoga~Athletic
In this class, we will be working on slowing the practice down to build heat, and to experience a deeper connection to our breath and each pose.  Class will include mantra, pranayama, and a lovely, balanced asana practice.  It is perfect for those who want to work on correct alignment, get mindful adjustments, and deepen their asana practice.  Multiple levels will be shown.  

Yoga Flow ~ Athletic
This is a great class for those who want to step up their practice. We transition more quickly in this class (similar to a slow burn/vinyasa class). We also incorporate more arm balances, inversions, and stronger asana.  Multiple modifications will be shown to help participants receive an optimal experience in class.    

Rise and Shine ~Athletic
This class is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, circuit training, and functional training. It is a breath centered practice, that aims to incorporate more balance, stability, flexibility, and strength in each participant.  Participants will need a set of light weights(3-5 lbs), heavy weights (7-10 lbs), a booty band (optional), and a yoga mat.
